The most important thing is the photography and staging, don't skimp on that step.

I would never trust a vendor if I'm on the buying side to a commercial deal; never skimp on due diligence. 

Don't skimp on the management fee since you get what you pay for.

Those that try to skimp on this part of the process are chasing pennies and missing dollars.

Don't skimp on insurance.

And that’s where your issues lie. as long as you are doing everything you need to be doing as a property owner, including not skimping out on repairs as they come up, your property manager should be willing to put their butt (and sometimes their income) on the line as well.

And you'll be making so much money soon, you'll laugh that you ever tried so skimp on such minor things.

If someone is skimping on paint they're liking cutting corners on other maintenance items that could use attention. 

This guy is skimping on commission so he probably also went cheap with the work.
