In the interim, I am wondering if anyone has any ideas for generating income from it now while it sits?

We just sold our first house and made 150,000 we now live traveling on the road but want to invest that ASAP so it’s not just sitting in the bank Into real estate but don’t know where to start.

You can always set the closing day out further if you need to, but I wouldn't let it sit if it's ready to go. 

Sitting around waiting for a bad deal to somehow turn into a good one is stupid (sorry). 

But if the people who sit on the board are just not fun to deal with, it will make your life not fun.

I dont even read them.. it comes down to condition of house and price  full stop.. if your market is slow or slower like it sounds the best conditioned best price house will sell. if the house is not the best and price is not the best it will sit..

Have you ever been through the quiet title process with any of your properties or only sold a QC deeds?
