Hey @Michelle Baldwin, yes this is a challenge but everyone said it best.Simply, you can just use a different browser to be logged into each VRBO account.I also think that @John Underwoods idea will work as well.

As the saying goes, “Whether you think you can or think you can’t, you’re right.”That being said, there are definitely creative ways to get into the game.

@Shaylynn O'LearyI think I may have posted this in response to you in another thread a while back, but here goes again.If you pick a random "low cost" market like the ones you named, don't know anyone there, don't set up a network, buy random properties, and turn them over to people you've never met to manage, you will most likely lose money. 

Think of them like quazi employment agencies. 

I also handle any inspections needed before the opening of a site.

I think you save money by using a good accounting program-no matter which one--because you have instrumentation to watch your income and expenses and because you're less likely to lose deductions.

It would seem logical to think that the above metrics would lead to higher rent prices, but that is not the case.

I think outside of just what area is going to be the most profitable or best investment, you also need to think about where you are going to be happy.
