And, to inspire anyone sitting on the sidelines to start taking actions. 

Unfortunately there are no crystal balls for the prediction of the market so waiting on the sidelines to adjust wait to time the market is not the best move to make.

The ice sidelined three blowers from our snow removal service {I think someone was using regular 5/16" bolts and not shear pins} and put them hopelessly behind on snow removal ... to the point where we had to bring in someone else to get the job done.

This is a scary thing and it translates to me "Get to the sidelines and watch this bubble pop".

Like I said previously, I am a new investor, but I'm very hungry to push forward with my goals of learning this business and being successful in it, and I just want to stay active and not become one of the stagnant individuals on the sideline watching.

No longer am I on the sidelines wishing I was on the field playing.

Do I want a new sideline to replace my buy-and-hold rentals or am I trying to build a new business that was scalable?

Which means you're already on the right track because you've gotten off the sidelines.  

My clients want a broker on their sideline, not in the middle of the field.

And on the paid programs, I am in the same boat, its more that I just want help to actually get started vs reading on the sidelines.
