Those are two separate decisions.

In my area I'm allowed to rent it out that way but I don't plan to get separate addresses because I want to be able to have the flexibility to remove the doors I'm putting in should I ever want to sell it as a SFH in the future.

Enclosure: It must be its own separate, enclosed space with a door.

On a separate note, they may still want to come (if the airports let them in) and find another place to stay even if it's on the other coast or further north, depending what make it through, if they use the wait and see approach.  

So we are currently working on separating the parcels so that the single family home has its own parcel and the church has its own parcel.

@Emily Ellis I'm not a lawyer, however several properties in my area I found thru 2 separate wholesalers, turns out they were marketing a property which was listed on the mls and they were "in contract" which was bs, ended up one of my agents brokers were the listing as g ed NY and pulled the the excepted offers from them.
