Investors regardless of the experience have any opportunity to share what they learn and there experiences along the way.IMO newbies that follow will have a better road map when they see experiences of those starting out and what was learned in the process.

Real estate is a long term play so you want to look at the roadmap and see where you want to be in 10 years.

The people you would want to lead generally have enough self confidence and internal drive to not need a leader, but rather a facilitator, and the people that you don't want to lead can't tie their shoes without a road map and a chaperone.
