Hello All,

I would like to introduce myself.  My name is Brian Novotny and I live in Los Angeles.  My wife and I are saving up to buy a small multi-family in the Northeast L.A. area (Glassell Park, Eagle Rock, Highland Park, Atwater Village).  We're not actively looking now, but we will be within the next couple of years.  I've always wanted to invest in real estate and I'm eager to learn all I can.  I've been reading the forums and listening to the podcast for awhile now and I thought that it was about time that I introduce myself.
