Working 25 years with a w2 and making really good money I felt like I was handcuffed with the w2 - 5+ years ago started mortgage note investing and ecstatic to say I have my notice to my w2 company this past week to fulfill my dream of doing my own real estate investing for myself.During those 25 years I made some people a lot of $ now it’s Time for me to put in the effort to replicate what I did for others for myself.By building this over time I now have the freedom to now work on real estate for myself full time

The point is not that I’m some extraordinary broker, but through years of personal and professional experience and relationships there is an intangible value to the services provided that others could possibly duplicate but never replicate.

So this has me thinking.. how can I replicate this success and achieve some scale?

I think one of the earlier posters said it best when he said even Madoff couldn't replicate that.

You could replicate what they do and pick the people you live next door to.

I've used them successfully, continue to use them with consistency and they can be replicated. 2.

This is a great story...one we hope to replicate as well. 

Personally I would try to replicate what I'm doing in Detroit since I'm all about the ROI as well, it's worked extremely well with very high returns.
