Owner of Kiawah Island short-term rental, looking to invest more

Hi all! I purchased a 2 bedroom villa in Kiawah Island in April 2021 for $550k

When the transaction closed, I inherited a schedule of renters for the summer through the management company, the Kiawah Island Golf Resort. Given the timing, decided to keep the management company on for the summer.

Now, the KIGR is far from the best management out there (for owners), but my rental has performed very well. I expect to net over $50k for the partial year. So this has me thinking.. how can I replicate this success and achieve some scale?

I would love to have a discussion about anyone that has expanded their ownership to several villas either in Kiawah or similar areas (Isle of Palms, Seabrook, etc.), and your experiences there. Does anyone have any advice on how to start to achieve scale?
