@Mathew Gunkel, I know it's emotionally logical to put your primary up for extra risk as a last resort, rather than first cab off the rank, BUT, that's why the PURPOSE for the loan should be really carefully considered in the first place.In case I came across as someone who knows what they are talking about, I don't actually know the HELOC rules/interest that Lenders have regarding using your primary as security vs your investment.

@John Van UytvenThe idea of moving to Florida early on was to get experience in the real estate market and qualifying for in state tuition for USFSP which is ranked at 22nd MBA online program.I want to get a jump start on invest and learn more about the field and do not want to wait any longer than I have to in fear of eventually becoming complacent.I don’t think I will have to pay any dues while possessing a license.

There is a HUGE amount of thoughtful work put into the site from both the site creators and the community at large.If I had internet god powers, I would add a vote based ranking system to the BP forums like on Reddit, Quora and Slashdot, which would create an hierarchy of where replies to posts rank so that their was a more visible reaction from the BP community of the validity of responses.
