So if I am buying a company that is grossing $100,000, according to your math I should only pay $1000. 

To do this there needs to be a greater understanding of Geometry and Algebra, and how that math applies to REI through an education of how money works.

I own a decent size portfolio of professionally managed B- to C- properties in Memphis.In my crazy little world of out of state investing its simple math.

I did have another bizz partner that had an ocean front condo in Kona and he liked that knowing him it was probably a well over a 1 to 2 mil prop. the build it and they will come does not always work.. your just going to have run the math try what your doing now which is get advise on who to market that prop ( which I have no clue how to do) and see how it goes.

It all comes down to math.
