This year though the price continues to rise it does so at a slower pace and even though there is little inventory, I noticed some properties have dropped their asking price.

The Pinto has little to no future collectible value so value and rents are not growing at near the pace of the Porsche.

I've listened to podcasts, purchased and read a few books, joined a few Meetups in my area and am learning at a quick pace. 

Then I would request to be placed on the agenda and I would attend the next board meeting (hopefully with other landlord / owners) and formally request that they waive the record keeping fee or publicly offer to volunteer as a "landlord" committee to keep track of the info for them for free.

I was looking in Norwich because I've done some research and saw that it is one of the cities in CT that is appreciating in value at a pretty nice pace.
