They make low temp paint from Sherwin Williams, but I would not paint in freezing weather because you will get sick and the colors will dry different than the color on the chip. also remember the color on the chip is actually a photo of the color so its actually ink lol.

I know there are investors on this site that don't mind Detroit but the chaos in that city is not worth it to me.Detroit, Inkster, Ecorse, River Rouge, Royal Oak Twp.
