When you’re investing with leverage, I think it makes more sense to do it in a market that’s showing plenty of signs for growth.

Say they have a "community" of 100 and someone does a deal, (it doesn't have to be a deal that actually makes sense), everybody believes that's "their" success and they all do the "happy dance".

To support your point, wouldn't it make more sense to cite an example in which the payments were being made, but the lender still called the loan?

As far as I'm aware most credit unions will only lend on properties in their area of operation so not sure it makes sense to join one in a different state.

It can work, but you have to really study the numbers to see what makes sense. 

They will substitute in their own sense of fairness knowing people are unlikely to appeal such a small issue.
