I saw one person mention motorized blinds in a blog post but that feels excessive... but maybe it isn't?

Overall, properties that had 10+ year old units saw a reduction in compressor change outs, fan motor replacements, and tons of OT and contractor costs.

For me in Newburgh the lady at the county clerks desk gave me everything I needed and even some sample documents and told me what to file and when to file what documents needed to be motorized and so on.

*No working on motorized vehicles (not even-or especially not-oil changes) ever.

I doubt it can hear the bearings wearing out in a fan motor of the HVAC or smell carpet.

Once I had a tenant lock themselves (and their small children) out because they had adjusted the door a little without telling me and the motor wasn't strong enough to open the lock.

Spouse had to get signature motorized same as at any company 401k.

The furnace is 20yrs old but operating fine (with exception that its a little oversized for the house and at least according to one HVAC tech apparently the motor runs on the higher side of normal amps range). 

I am from Dearborn and West Dearborn is currently getting revitialize by Ford Motor.
