@Will Greenlee there is no perfect PM software, unfortunately.We use one of the most flexible, but it has a long learning curve and we'd still like to see many improvements.

So if, for whatever reason, laws change and you can't rent it out on Airbnb, etc, it still cash flows if you need to rent it out to a traditional long-term tenant.

If that's the case, you'll want to start with a fix and flip (or hold) type of loan, complete your renovations, get it rented out and THEN refinance into a DSCR loan for a long term hold.
