From my understanding, LLC's and Corporations have different tax requirements.I'd prefer to avoid both downtrodden and luxury real estate.I get the sense that you have good judgement, which is really 2/3 of what you need.Consider this -- find a flipper that has a decent track record.

You or your attorney can file private criminal complaints or whatever, but dollars to donuts, that money is gone.Remember, you cannot collect a judgement against someone who has no income and owns nothing.
