I'm sure you know already, but for those who don't regularly work with the DSD Staff: the reality is it's a super tough job to do, especially when new code keeps getting introduced (dispensaries, SLSD, ADUs, re-zoning, CEQA) ... and you're expected to know everything about everything ... and your customers aren't always knowledgable or patient.
