I like this choice because you can see who people recommended and who they decided to go with based on their interactions among the many CPA's(depending of if they shopped around).

Thus, I need someone competent to do a thorough financial analysis to help me understand where the swing points are in the tradeoff where one option would make more sense vs. the other one.Something along the lines of:https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2014/upshot/bu...but which also incorporated my current investment property holdings.

I will say this, however: 90% of your tenant screening is going to happen when you meet the prospective tenant, and interact with them.

I want to take courses online and am looking for a company that offers up-to-date interactive online content and well written material.

However, I am looking for real estate investing to change that timeline.I look forward to interacting with the members here on Bigger Pockets, as I look to grow my knowledge base and network.

Those that wanted to see what they can get out of the interaction, and only 1 that wanted to see how they can bring value, with hopes that they can learn something along the way. 

I don’t mind interaction with tenants or dealing with fixes.

I find the interaction with my fellow Realtors to be invaluable.
