It's 100 degrees and 90% humidity here in Fiji today but I can;t complain :-)

This is especially likely in high humid areas where phantom smells will appear on high humid days.

Humidity plays a very large part in comfort.

I just rehabbed a neglected REO SFR basement that had a missing sump pump and we had to remove all studs/ paneling etc to remove all of the mold from prior flooding and high humidity.

Or if humidity or frost are occurring.a.

However, new metal roofing would be more cost effective, but up here we tend to get moisture/humidity build up under the metal sheets & purlins if we do not have an adequate slope.

No snow or grass, humidity, storms, earthquakes, flooding or state income tax. 

And there's a whole lot less humidity 😄
