They'll help you hide some of the shortcuts you took (like the acres of LVP) and help buyers visualize themselves in the house. * Address any landscaping issues and exterior touches.

@Michael Johnson, I've not used a mentor for REI, but a mentor is definitely worth the money... assuming it's the right person and someone you truly admire and trust.I look at it this way... spend 10 years developing the experience, or pay someone for their decade or more of experience so you can take advantage of the shortcut.

if you are paycheck to paycheck then you work 8hrs, sleep 6, and the rest is devoted to whatever your goal is    There are no shortcuts! 

For a short cut, talk to a PM who will tell you in 5 seconds exactly what laundry will command per unit. 

Unfortunately this happened haphazardly to various tenants every month I was there.

There are no real short cuts other than experience or working jointly with someone who has been doing what you want to do.

Also they sign the form, so in the event you get audited, they stand with you to help you through the audit.Nothing wrong with taking short cuts or hacks in life, but taxes is not the place to do it. 

I wonder If people who spend big money believe they'll take a shortcut to their dreams they've been promised?

The real information and the short cuts you need in life will always need to be paid.
