I have some money burning a hole in my pocket and I want to use it to grab a coffee with you!

This can be a little faster but you have to be careful about moving too fast because it's difficult to grab a screen shot of something specific.

Never assume it's a bad deal if nobody else grabbed it, but always beware it may be a bad deal since nobody else grabbed it.

Being military people are always looking for places to live before and after deployments and after moving and so on, so finding a roommate to grab a room is easy, and I do have a girlfriend that will be living with me.
