In making this post here on BP, I wanted to humbly come to the forum however and start from scratch in terms of idea generation as to any and all avenues to pursue in getting the word out there so as to not miss any options.

See, the majority of profit in real estate is NOT made by below market purchases.  

A sage person who responds often on this forum said, "Airbnb insurance is a profit center for them". 

I am sure there aren't many comps that this would generate.

The short-term rental market here is particularly lucrative, though regulatory changes can impact profitability. 

Client rents that house and makes 1k monthly profit, plus has a really good paying job.

I own 9 rentals in SC spread across Columbia, Chapin, and Newberry that are solidly profitable. 

He knows his stuff and is really good at making IG videos: his brand is a very clever mix of being super humble, telling everyone profits are less than you think and then flashing some fat $$ he made by selling to his investors.

The second you are introducing metrics to change your marketing that have nothing to do with generating the leads you need, you introduce uncertainty to your systems. 

I bought a 16 unit apartment complex that was a expense nightmare, with low rents, that I eventually gave up trying to make profitable.
