(this is before I made a call or sent out any letters).4.Once I had a decent understanding of my criteria I began hand writing letters (191 to be exact) and calling the phone numbers I was able to gather online.

We are looking to gather up as much knowledge as we can and are looking for recommendations. 

Thank everyone again I'm new to this site but it is an amazing sounding board and everyone gives such amazing feedback.
