A rough back-of-the-napkin calculation yields about $3.2 million in available equity across the entire portfolio.  

Very strange, seems like if it's true its one in a million.

Imagine putting 3 MW project that requires 1-2 million to upgrade distribution line, substation, putting smart monitor etc.

There was a case study where a GP raised a million dollars for a deal with 70% of the funds coming from his personal network. 

They mostly make sense for larger commercial real estate deals of $2 million and above.

Personally I’ve mailed what must be in the many 100s of MILLIONS pieces of mail   I have filled up my fair share of landfills across the country with postcards and unopened letters. 

My last interaction with an agent was he was supposed to call us Monday at 10:00 a.m. about a property that was in the half million dollar range so a nice tidy sum for basically going and opening a door. 

I read Lindahl's "Multi-family Millions" and watched the BP webinaire on BRRRR.

Both properties are in sought-after upscale neighborhoods and fetch only ca. $1,500-2,000/month. 

I suspect the total value of the property and structures here will be appraised for 850k-1 million.
