I love the Smokies as a long-term play.

From what I see all the people answering to me here (and there are so many) are just coming against and refusing to agree with my simple statement: "a landlord is not above the law or norms by its personal choice or presumed capability to judge what he don't know" or as well "a landlord cannot deny or miscarriage a service to a stranger without a known valid reason and at the same time pretend to be operating professionally or loyally to the moral"Basically I'm telling if you are not able to do your business correctly it would be better to find someone else than you, mainly when your ideas about "squatter" or fair treatment are coming from ignorance or completely invented. 

BUT, my business was built on being kind to tenants, and fair to owners.

The PM business is not an easy business and most have fair fees for the work that's required.  

You can get these up and running fairly quickly, and streamline the process.

There are still people who are either young or fairly unsophisticated with money and choose to not use credit.

Your neighbor s as Sean mentioned, have a lower tax bill likely due to the fact that they live there and there are laws that prohibit the tax assessor from raising the property values more than 3% per year when it's your primary residence okay, it's also fairly common for your tax bill to significantly increase in the tax year after you purchase it.

In MA, you can usually get insured with Fair Plan with certain pets, but it is VERY expensive.
