@Isaac Gwin, when is the best time to plant a tree ?

The DYI nature leaves me struggling to find larger quantities of plants and gravel at a quality price.

I need to put down some plants and 8" down I hit a cement wall, may be an old septic tank. 

Blocked condensate pan, dirty air filters, clogged pump, low freon, unit dying, vents not properly installed, air conditioning unit too small for square footage/airspace, exhaust blocked by plant material or stuff stored, animal inside the unit?

We would like to "plant a flag" in the U.S.

@Austen Mueller it’s a rural town with some active mining and power plants in the area.

And then leave it at that, it kind of plants the seed and you never know.Aside from that, gaining traction is a huge topic.

I’m not zoned commercial, but zoned R2 so I was told potential to build another dwelling in the property and it had plants of land to do so.
