The entrance to this unit faces out from the rear of the house.There is an issue with excess moisture in this unit in particular.

I like the idea however of finishing the basement and renting it out for additional income since it has separate entrance.

You drive down the driveway and just see grass and then pull around and see the entrance to the house.Something about being built into the hill helps with heating and cooling etc.

For instance, if the upper has only a rear entrance, it might be slightly lower in price. 

All units have central air and heat, separate entrances and storage lockers.

There is an exterior entrance plus a stairway to the upstairs with an exterior door at the top of the stairs.

well, i imagine that trump (and maybe robbins) makes his money on the front end with the vendor fees, probably a % of vendor sales, and of course entrance fees.
