Greetings Real Estate enthusiasts,My name is a Sonn Sam and I’ve been career long educator working to positively impact young lives.

I am currently in between jobs due to a bad car accident and have a decent amount of savings so I am looking for anyone who lives or works around me in Florida (Palm Beach, Martin, or St Lucie counties) who may need some help in their business, another person on their team, or wouldn't mind giving back by having a young enthusiastic guy like myself go under their wing.

I've been an architectural enthusiast since I was 7 years old when I  first saw Frank Lloyd Wrights' Falling Water.  

This is because we are both enthusiastic and excited about real estate investing.  

But I don't think you're going to find many who are enthusiastic about you wanting to re-check all of their work long term.Why not treat it like hiring any other employee?

David - yes, I suspect that agrihoods will continue to fill an interesting real estate niche as there are a lot of very interesting development opportunities that cater to a wide variety of potential customer segments from tiny home enthusiasts all the way to more retirement-age types.

I became even more enthusiastic about BiggerPockets when I made my first discussion post and received so much valuable feed back.

If there is not enough cash in the deal to go around to all the pockets, I at least, would be less enthusiastic about the deal if I as the seller had to dig into my own pocket and bring cash to the table to close the deal.

I know someone who is very professional, motivated and enthusiastic.
