Hey BP community,

I have been watching and learning the basics of MF investing from the sidelines for a few months now. It is time to jump in and find some great deals.

I am looking to connect with some great folks in the Memphis area. I am hoping to meet Brokers, Property managers as well as other investors in this market.

What I am looking for (as a beginner):

- 6-20 unit MF

- Class C+/B

- Long-term hold but don't mind some light value-adds over time

About me:

- Engineer + MBA

- Live in Jackson, TN, just moved back from CA
