We have basically switch some of our properties from short term Airbnb’s to mid term rentals.Currently looking to buy the next property to help accommodate some of the requests we are getting.Anyone else getting these type of requests for mid term stays?

I've managed in some of the most hardcore areas and because of this, usually only the bad tenants are there because they can't get accepted anywhere else.

My question is will I be able to rent it out after I pay it off and want to move somewhere else.

Someone else mentioned moving into one of the properties.

If all else fails, but bars on the windows and turn them into prison cells.

I would be a hot mess if I had to do myself. 

Your not getting any STR properties via arbitrage your just managing someone else's property and the owner is getting most of the benefit. 

Just wanted to say that for anyone else that found the post.

I didn't think it is necessarily a bad thing, just is more of a sales strategy than anything else.
