Also try mobile advertisement, such as a magnet on your car.

We have advised tenants to use disk locks as these are harder to cut. 

That is unless you have a year's cash reserve to see you through.I don't know you personally, don't know if you have a magnetic sales personality.

Searches on the internet let me to some possible considerations of incorporating magnetic locks, tied to access control systems and the use of keyless systems to be able to log entry into the property. 

The future is automated call systems or the web. or back to the old days of door hangers and door knockers.. you know marketing your farm area door to door handing out refer magnets

My question is 2-fold:1) Has anyone here tried direct mail marketing using business magnets?
