So naturally I’m very disappointed not to be able too use this anymore.I am curious as to what services everyone will be using to still adequately screen tenants without adding a lot of time and cost to the process?

I met a couple at a local REI meeting who was disappointed that their agent couldn't find the right kind of deals even though their agent was taking them to see a number of properties. 

They just don't have the ability to move the needle at the park, nor will they care as much as you do as the owner, so you will be left disappointed with their lack of performance.With all that said, if your focus is to acquire value-add parks that require a lot of work, I would suggest YOU become the expert and take the role of offsite manager, overseeing the onsite manager.

But for someone without a lot of experience in dealing with houses with major problems, I think you are setting yourself up for disappointment.

Thanks I started GC'ing my own projects several years ago because all of the subs and GC's I was using were so disappointing (to put it mildly) that I thought I couldn't do any worse.
