Echoing a lot of what Carla Gordon shared, MTRs perform exceptionally well in the Texas Medical Center, particularly among operators engaging travel nurses.

So, I guess I shouldn't say upfront money...but just some type of profit from the sale.I would love to hear them if you're opening to sharing..

Another concern is after the two years, I still wouldn’t be lendable for most properties in my markets due to that lack of income.

Sounds like you’ve got a great asset with strong cash flow, but I totally get the concern about concentration risk.

I keep going back and forth concerning this property. 

So, I don't want to expand that tool beyond what it is today.1) If anyone out there knows of such a dashboard for a small investor (I have 5 commercial leases and 14 residential), please share the information on where I can buy a template.2) If any of you are interested in working together to develop this tool, I am happy to meet and build a wish list for features that we can divide up the work and complete it faster.
