BTW, it seems that it's no longer happening.In case where tenants have their own, they prefer it as they consider it cleaner and not contaminated.As to the issue of damages to the property, I owned a number of triplexes, and have to handle moves.

You'll probably need to tell them your concerns about insects, rodents, etc. and not renew unless they change just enough to get by and not run the cleaner tenants away.

If they don't there is a risk (small, but still a risk) that they can call the loan due since a transfer of ownership occurred, violating the terms of the mortgage.If you have the money available, I would pay the $127k + $16k and keep it cleaner for you that way.I hope that helps!

You should also see if you’re bound to the current management and if not, considerself managing and all you need is an great cleaner (which is usually one of their staff on their off time anyways).
