We're ramping up to offer seller financing in BR this year, and we buy seller finance notes in LA in some circumstances.

My question is that due to numerous unfortunate circumstances, two properties that my partner and I purchased (through a program) were underscoped, and we cannot move forward financially.

Here, we got a ton in the hood, which there is no real demand for anything to be developed, so these buildings are generally worth very very little.

U have to find developments that are purpose built for investors..

Where are getting that consumers pay three times as much in commissions as other developed countries?

David David,It completely depends on the tenants circumstances. 

Definitely focusing on offmarket or even on market multifamily homes (minimum 4 units). started off in real estate development last 2 years but the paydays are brutal building then waiting to sell.So now looking to switch up strategies to purchase cashflowing properties and then get back to ground up construction or even possible fix and flips.
