The passport's photo is edited , the passport is from uk origins , company was purpotely incorporated in the UK...the photo is clearly edited.

From reading John's post I guess it is that is how I was calculating the 3% cash flow left over in my hypothetical.I really appreciate all of you pointing me in the right direction, my next step is to find out whether this idea is a legal 1 and then incorporate somehow the great feed back you guys provided, if anyone else has an opinnion please feel free to share it with me, thanks again to all for taking the time to respond.

I agree with John and Nate here.Forming an entity before you've done anything will only complicate your life and may be a big waste of money for you.Get involved, do some deals, and then down the road after you've made some money then you can look at incorporating.

doing it by yourself is always much less optimized than being part of an Arm Chair partnership, whereas all elements of real estate are professionally managed for you as oppose to you doing it yourself. but what if you get the prefessional services and you making more?
