Since we had tried the holiday rentals with one flat we have in downtown centre of Reykjavík already (we paid around 70-75 pounds per turnover), We started doing the holiday rentals for the whole year our first year and we found that the winter months are giving so much lower returns, so in our second year we switched to long term rentals during the winter and holiday lets during summer only.

Stick to a main centre and just rent through normal channels you'll get a better result long term.

I live in the medical centre area.

However, we have looked at houses in the area, and we believe around 600,000 euros would be the valuation.In terms of renting our property - we are 45 mins from Madrid City Centre, this is a bit of an issue, as the business people and expats will likely want to live close by.

one of the pro tips though is Alaska partners with Cathay  and for 100k miles you can get business to the Orient.. so have done that multiple times to singapore etc.. but we use our miles for crossing the ponds  not domestic..  

My opinion is that you should take a look at Brooklyn Centre.

@Rich Thomas If the humidity is limited to, or centred on, the bathroom, I'd upgrade your switch to one with a humidistat and timer both (we do this with all our student rentals).
