Some of my buyers are complete opposites where they only want C properties that need a ton of work, while others specificly want B class neighborhoods like shadle and with paint and carpet rehabs only.   

He’s done laminent flooring, I pulled up the carpet and pad and disposed of it to assist in my costs and have it ready for him to jump in.

The carpets were brand new and installed just before they moved in. 

I am unsure of how to proceed though because my exterminator says that it has bed bugs.During the renovation, the former tenants’ furniture is being permanently removed and the flooring is going to be changed from carpet to vinyl plank.

Have carpets professionally cleaned and shampooed.

It would be a combo of carpet in the bedrooms and vinyl in the living areas.

I have a town home in the Frayser area that is a 3bd 2 1/2 bath with a balance of 4k owed on it recently new carpet, painted . 

Any transitions will be about $50 each (carpet to laminate, laminate to tile, etc).  

I bought my first property in April of 2015, and knew I was going to need to replace the carpet in one of the units and paint.
