Most big property management Companies use cheap disposable camera's.

We have nailed guys dumping before, but this has emphasized my need to get another security camera installed along our driveway to catch good video of all the vehicles driving on and off the property so I can get license plate numbers.The camera equipment is on order and should be installed next weekend.

Do you have your lights on a timer or maybe even a fake camera?  

They have many cameras pointed at it.

I'm hoping for someone that has good equipment such as snake camera, etc in order to see if we can't figure out a way to fix the problem without digging up the pipes.

At the time everything is in my head, but I found that after a long day of previewing and trying to gather and collect my thoughts, that everything is a mess filled with bad photos angle, even worse videos of me running from room to room with the camera pointed to the ground or the realtor's butt, and illegible notes that seem meaningless afterwards, or even no notes bc it was all in my head at the time..

But in your example, a full sewer system camera inspection may have allowed you to qualify the risk and build it in to your offer price.

An inspector would not have sent a camera down the toilet to find that.
