Planning to sell and 1031 into 2 similar properties in the Columbus, Ohio area in the next 1-2 years.

Am excited to venture into wholesaling and I've been educating myself on terms, technique, and form of going about it. 

Stock picking is gambling pure and simple. 

Starting with a smaller property or a few fix-and-flip projects can help you build equity, gain credibility with lenders, and better understand the process before scaling up.Securing funding for larger projects can be challenging without prior experience, but options like hard money loans might be worth exploring.

What you need to learn in your 20s is how professional business works, how to manage people and projects, how to run an organization and how to sell ideas and concepts.

Talk to any investor other than me and hear the confusion and BS we are getting.

Would need to know a bit more before giving a specific direction but it is usually best to hang on to your property and not sell whether you expand on it or rent it out and purchase a bigger property.  

Just trying to find out more and better ways of doing everything and moving my Real estate game up. 

I struggle with podcasts because they show a slice but not usually a start-to-finish how-to and you could invest countless hours (like I did) listening to many podcasts to piece things together.
