It's a great time to start.While there's no one-size-fits-all approach, just read books and articles on real estate investing,attend webinars and workshops.Why don’t we connect together let’s build up our Real-estate journey.

It can take a while for action to start .I read on the  topic for 2-3 years before I made a move into S.F.H rentals .

Though out my younger teen years real estate investing was always something I was interested in and I have done quite a bit of research on the topic, but am nowhere near being well versed in all there is to know.

The weekly topics are always thoughtful and the mindset training is excellent.

Most recommendations I saw on the forum look like they are on the non-syndicated topic and I've read a few of them.

Again, the BiggerPockets store has some books on this topic, or you can learn about it by watching podcasts, reading blogs, and interacting on the forum.
