I’m typically too analytical in hopes of reducing my risk so I tend to stick to only doing what the experts or books suggest.

Contrary to many "analytical types" I would rather fix something myself, than have someone else do it.

It’s one thing to read an analytical book about flipping houses and another thing to hear the cold hard truth from people doing it.

It's more on the left brain analytical side of things. 

And my analytical brain loved the numbers associated with the projects. 

It’s a statistical measure of analytics.  

The pricier packages give you more access to analytics, reports, comps, etc., but at the moment I'm leaning heavily toward Costar just because they're THE name in this space.

I have a background in real estate and data analytics so maybe I can shed a little light here.It's important to remember the context of what you are looking at.
