Neighborhoods around Maryvale and the airport are favorable places for renters.

Being minutes from the airport, North Star Mall, both east and west traveling loops (410 and 1604), two major highways traveling north and south (US 281 and IH-10), plus having direct access to Wurzbach Parkway make it a really great area for people wanting central access to employers and things to do.

Location: Easy International Airport to fly in and fly out of with less than a 4 hour flight, grab a taxi and a 20 minute ride takes you to your asset.

***Just to throw in my thought on IE area - Majority of the ASIAN population live in the IRVINE, Diamond Bar, Rowland Heights, IE area and since Ontario Airport will begin direct flights from CHINA/ASIA, I think IE has a big chance to boost in price for housing.
