As you grow you can look into investing rental management software to manage all properties on one dashboard and automate some of the tedious task.

I recommend, however, using a bank that lets you view all of your business accounts via the same dashboard... this will help you do the actual work with a few less logins. 

I am a big fan of using Pricelabs' Market Dashboard and then the "enemy method."

If you go to your dashboard, then scroll all the way to the bottom there is a "Contact Us". sometimes they respond to your email address.
