Some states offer what's called "Series LLC" in which you have a main LLC and then each property can obtain its own LLC designation under the main LLC.  

I'd actually recommend the whole series.

People will be willing to accept significantly longer commutes, because they can sleep, watch TV or work during the commute.

I rent out an apt/condo, I rent out the rooms.Utilities are included with the rent..When doing this it's important to put on lease your utility Caps and to be clear.For example for water my cap is $50 anything above it gets divided by 4 (each tenant)What I notice is very important to these tenants is high speed internet they typically don't even watch Cable TV.

This fall and winter, they will be treated to a refurnished master bedroom with giant flat screen TV and a new 65" UHD TV in the living room.  

During the crash, it was so frustrating to watch people let their current home go back to the bank, while they moved all of their cars, boats, motorcycles, and giant TV's to a new cheaper home.

And you can see in this photo the pictures on the sides of the TV weren't yet evenly spaced, if that wall is still there in a few days we'll fix it.

These goals should be very simple:1 - You need to pay off all your personal debt2 - You want to have enough passive income to cover all you monthly bills3 - You want to accomplish this by a specific date.4 - You want to have fun doing this.Once you set these numbers, you "reverse engineer" from there, establishing as series of groups (elements of the steps above) called "measurable milestones".
