We plan to put some plywood flooring in and fix the outside a bit (the stucco is cracked all over and it's painted pink...) and paint a bunch and put up a new fence that offers more privacy to the backyard, but what are the major fixes or additions to consider when aiming to refinance it and add value?

The Pink is starting to come through & we have 3 young guys renting but no complaints yet.

If the the imperfections are just on the bottom of the tub. a rubber mat siliconed to the tub might solve the problem and add some non-skid safety factor....ETA: Is that tile really pink.?...

You get the title, he gets the note, his name is on the title and if you don't pay, he repossess the trailer.He actually holds the pink slip until he is paid, but you show up as the owner in the records.

Even most gray have undertones too such as blue, purple or hue of pink.

If I didn't use City Wide, I would use Mike Baron at PMI or Ed Riggenbach at Welcome Home Milwaukee as they receive great reviews too from locals I trust.

Aside from that, most of the time BRRRR is going to work on basket cases, not houses that have pink walls, because you are going to buy it at a distressed price because of the scope of work that needs to be done.

Working husband and wife and a very good tenant.You can be pretty picky and still get more than you asked by letting them know .They will raise the bar on rent if you handle it tack fully!
