"so eventually I can offer them syndications and possibly partner with them"You have to build years and years of a track record to do what you are talking about.Some of the property owners have decades and decades of loyalty with some firms.That being said there is plenty of business to go around for everyone.If you do not know what you want to do yet you might be better off with a big commercial brokerage.You can try a few different niches and then dig deeper into the ones you find most interesting.
