Re-piped the whole property, built a laundry room, expanded the pool deck and added pavers, refenced the property, re-built 2 exterior staircases, re-landscaped, and put in all new cabinets, granite, appliances, LVP flooring, lights, doors, blinds, etc.What was the outcome?

I've done camera work and the plumber said they see light root growth, but I could clean the pipes annually to prevent growth and back ups.

After some time we are able to renovate with new flooring, new paint, new light fixtures, new bathroom fixtures and vanity, new kitchen countertops, and painting the kitchen cabinets and new cabinet hardware for about $7500 on a 1/1 or 2/1 apartment.

As long as everything works (lights, plumbing, etc.) and there are no hazards (like an open ground) the big things are peeling paint (particularly on window sills) and smoke detectors.
