I am looking to start syndicating deals to my personal network of friends as LPs and have myself as the GP.

Most general partners say that the losses you can show after a cost seg study with multifamily will write all all of your income that you received via preferred returns while that property is being held and paying the limited partners (LPs).However, my CPA says that preferred returns are dividends and cannot be written off with that depreciation. 

These manipulations were called “monetary policy” and were used deliberately to stimulate or to cool down the economy since then.

Some of them offer you the ability to get into real estate deals where the depreciation expense is distributed to the LPs. 

I would urge you to build real organic relationships with LPs to get the goods.

The majority of these traders must believe that we will enter a recession and the Fed and government will start lowering interest rates and stimulating the economy with fiscal policy.  

Historically the FED uses interest rates to stimulate housing.

We estimate that within the next 2 years we’ll cross the 50% mark of syndicators that provide their LPs a superior investment and reporting experience through an investor portal.
